APPLICATION DATA
SAND FIGHTER™ motors are built for superior dependability in sandy well applications.

This innovative sealing system utilizes an optimized mechanical seal with silicon-carbide faces in combination with numerous specially developed manufacturing processes.

The SAND FIGHTER™ sealing system completed a three-year development and one-year field trial in the Lubbock, Texas market on January 1, 1999.

The results have been extraordinary... not one motor failure caused by sand entry!

       SUBTROL-PLUS® OVERLOAD OPTION FOR THREE-PHASE MOTORS
A field proven and contractor friendly premium motor protection system. It protects the motor against overload, underload, overheating and rapid cycling. It also extends the motor warranty to a full three years. The motor must be manufactured with a Subtrol-Plus® heat sensor, Standard in 40-60 Hp models and offered as an option on 5-30 Hp models.
